Bath salt baths purge the toxins in your blood stream, in your muscles, and down the drain they go. Hydrotherapy is an amazing healing practice and it isnt just for sore muslces.

These salts are dead sea salts, epsom salt and baking soda with an essential oil blend that includes infused herbs oil, and essential oils. Some in this blend are peppermint, eucalyptus, lemon, plai essential oils. Our own blend especially blended by me for relief of overworked bodies, muscles.

It is highly concentrated, therefore you will want to mix a 1/4 with 2-3 cups epsom salts
